Welcome to Pony Patch. By booking a pony experience, party, event, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment, deposit, or other agreed booking requirements have been received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where necessary for the safety and welfare of our ponies, staff, or guests.

2. Payments

Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Any remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date before the event or experience takes place.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Pony Welfare

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our miniature ponies are our highest priority.

We reserve the right to modify, shorten, postpone, or cancel any activity if we believe conditions may negatively impact the welfare of our ponies.

This includes extreme weather, unsafe environments, aggressive behaviour, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Supervision of Children

Children remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian, or supervising adult at all times.

Parents and guardians must ensure children follow all instructions provided by our handlers and staff during the experience.

5. Safety Requirements

For the safety of all guests:

• Instructions given by staff must be followed at all times.
• Guests must behave respectfully around the ponies.
• Any behaviour deemed unsafe may result in participation being stopped without refund.
• Appropriate footwear is recommended during pony interactions.

6. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Outdoor experiences may be affected by weather conditions.

In the event of severe weather, illness, emergencies, transport issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the booking.

Where appropriate, customers may be offered a new date, credit, or refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Photography and Social Media

Guests are welcome to take photographs during their experience.

We may occasionally take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for photographs of your child or group to be used, please notify us in writing before your booking date.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, interaction with animals carries inherent risks.

By participating in our experiences, guests acknowledge these risks and agree that Pony Patch will not be held liable for injuries, loss, damage, or accidents except where required by law.

9. Property and Venue Requirements

When we travel to your location, the booking host is responsible for ensuring:

• Adequate space is available for the ponies.
• The environment is safe and secure.
• Any hazards are removed before our arrival.
• Access to the site is suitable for loading and unloading equipment and ponies.

We reserve the right to refuse setup if the venue is considered unsafe.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Please review our policy before making a booking.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to update packages, pricing, inclusions, and service offerings at any time.

Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless required for safety, welfare, or operational reasons.
