Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! Please review our cancellation policy before booking.

• 7+ days notice - Full refund
• 3-6 days notice - 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours notice - No refund (we are unable to rebook your slot at short notice)
• No-show - No refund

Rescheduling: We're happy to reschedule your experience with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

Weather & unforeseen circumstances: If we need to cancel your booking due to extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
