What areas do you service?

We service South Auckland and East Auckland. Travel outside these areas may be available upon request and may incur an additional travel fee.

What ages are suitable?

Our pony experiences are best suited for children aged 0-5 years. If you have older children attending, please let us know and we can discuss the best options for your event.

What happens if it rains?

A light drizzle is usually fine, and we can often continue as planned. However, heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or unsafe weather conditions may require the booking to be postponed or rescheduled to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our ponies and your guests.

Are the ponies safe around children?

Yes! Our ponies are gentle, older girls who are very well accustomed to being around children. Their calm and friendly nature makes them wonderful companions for parties, events, and special occasions.

Do you travel?

Yes, we do travel. Please contact us with your event location and we'll discuss availability and any applicable travel fees.

How much space is needed?

We recommend a safe, flat grassy area approximately 5m x 5m per pony for the best experience. The area should be free from hazards, securely contained where possible, and easily accessible for loading and unloading. If you're unsure whether your space is suitable, send us a photo and we'll be happy to advise.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during weekends and school holidays.

Can children feed the ponies? Children may have the opportunity to feed the ponies under supervision. We'll provide guidance on what treats are safe and suitable.

Can I have photos with the ponies? Of course! We encourage plenty of photos and special memories with Peanut and Snow during your event. 🐴💕
