Cancellation policy

All experiences at Pony Patch are one-time bookings and do not involve recurring subscriptions.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your booking will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable booking fees.

Cancellations made 7–14 days before your booking may receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your booking are non-refundable.

One complimentary reschedule may be made with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. New dates must be booked within 6 months of the original booking date.
